My name is Pascal Lesimanuaja. In my work, I combine years of commercial experience in the hotel industry with the values I was raised with. For me, Lestari is more than just a business name; it is an Indonesian/Moluccan concept that stands for sustainability and preserving what is valuable.

 

Why I do what I do

My roots have taught me that true hospitality is all about connection and attention to detail. However, in today’s hotel industry, I often see this connection coming under pressure due to cluttered databases and time-consuming manual processes. I specialize in CRM optimization and automation to restore that sense of balance. I am not a detached IT consultant; I am a hospitality expert who uses technology to create space for what truly matters: the human touch.
