My name is Pascal Lesimanuaja, and I’ve spent the last 15 years on the commercial frontline of the hotel industry. Over the years, I’ve seen a recurring pattern: brilliant hospitality teams struggling with cluttered databases, manual workarounds, and systems that hinder rather than help.
